Training
Personal
training is available to anyone. If you are not keen to train
in a class, and wish to progress on a more personal level, then
lessons on a one-to-one or a one-to-two is for you. The instructor
will be able to build a good working relationship with you, and
will be able to motivate you and teach you specifically to your
ability and needs.
The
first session will be a consultation and health screening and
assessment of your abilities. Afterwhich, the instructor will
consider various personal programmes (either fitness based or
traditional martial art approach), as well as some physical training.
Ideally, it would be best for two students to take the private
lessons together, as it will help you to work more on the interactive
drills.
However, if this is not possible, you maybe able to train on a
one-to-one basis.

Cost
is based on training at the Raynes Park Club or the Mitcham Club.
Any other areas are subject to availabilty and possibly further
additional costs, depending on the need to hire out a premises
exclusively for your session.

per hourly session - Junior/Senior Instructor
£70 per hourly session - Chief Instructor
The
basic terms
1. First session is £65 - £70 paid on the day .
2. Thereafter, £65 - £70 per session (1hour) payable
4 weeks in advance.
3. Fees are not refundable or transferable to another person (due
to advance booking of the hall).
4. However, you can cancel your session without incurring costs
if you give 4 days advance notice.
How
to Pay

to confirm your booking.

on
the day (must arrive 15 min earlier, save
time). Or

invoice
can be sent to you, and you can pay with your creditcard. This
will need to paid before the course begins.
